Fees

Session Fee:
$140 / 45 minutes
$100 / 30 minutes

Payment Schedule

Payment is made on the first session of each month for services provided in the previous month. Payment accepted by Check, Zelle, and Cash.

Cancelation Policy

We ask that you honor our 24 hour cancelation policy. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours prior to an appointment are subject to the full session fee. We understand that extraordinary circumstances beyond your control may arise from time to time. Should this happen we will do our best to provide you with a make-up session within the billing cycle.

Insurance Policies

Most insurance companies pay for “medically necessary” therapy. Our office helps every way we can by providing invoices that are “insurance ready”. Invoices include all the diagnostic and procedure codes necessary. The client is responsible for payment and may submit for reimbursment from their insurance company.

Any addition documentation or involvement with insurance companies (eg: phone calls, reports, correspondence) will be subjected to a fee of $125.00.
